We don't collect payment card details through this website. Our booking flow and contact form open a WhatsApp message on your device; we only receive what you choose to send us there.

Booking via WhatsApp means your message is sent and stored through WhatsApp, which is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (part of Meta). Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms.

We share the details needed to complete your booking, such as your name, phone number, and pickup location, with the driver assigned to your trip. We may also disclose information if required to by law, or to protect the safety of our drivers, customers, or the public.

7. How long we keep information

We keep booking and enquiry information for as long as it's reasonably needed to provide the Service, resolve any issues, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or legitimate business reasons we may need to keep certain records. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

9. Children

The Service relates to alcohol and driving and is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
