One drink can be one too many, and Colombo's traffic, checkpoints, and unpredictable roads don't make it easy to judge the risk. Too often, the choice after a night out comes down to driving anyway, leaving the car and figuring out a pickup tomorrow, or paying for a taxi and losing your vehicle for the night.
